Shantel Atieno Otieno
Shantel is the third-born of three girls. Her mother passed away after a long illness. She and her sister Fancy are both at Strong Tower Children's Home. After their mother's passing, no family member came to claim the children so their pastor worked with the local Children's Office to have them placed at our home. They are feeling comfortable in their new home and adjusting well.
