Cecily was living with her single mother who is a shepherd and was often away for work. This left Cecily vulnerable and in need of protection. The Child Protective Office asked GOA to step in and rescue the girl. She is now safe and adjusting well to her new home at Rehema. She will be able to continue her education without fear of being kicked out for lack of fees.
