Victoria Muthoni Waithera
Victoria is the second born of three children. Her mother is irresponsible and suffers from alcoholism which resulted in the children being neglected. They would go for days without seeing her and then she would chase them away from home. A night watchman at a local school often let them sleep at the school gate where he could watch over them. After a while, he reported the case to the police. Victoria was placed at Rhema Children's Home where she now has a safe place to sleep and the opportunity to go to school.
