Shadrack Wekesa
Shackrack previously lived with his grandmother after his mother was sent to prison for five years. His grandmother was not able to care for him. At the time of his rescue, Shadrack's health was declining. His stomach was big and his legs were swollen. Even taking a bath proved to be a challenge. After he was admitted to the home, he was given a medical examination and was given a special diet to help him feel better. Shadrack feels blessed to be in a safe home where he can get better and earn an education.
