Esther's mother is divorced and was not able to provide a home or basic needs for her children. She wanted them to have the opportunity to grow up in a safe environment and go to school so she asked Tumaini Children's Home to take them in. At Tumaini, Esther is happy, safe, and able to pursue her education.
