Lucy came to the Tumaini Home after her father died and her mother left the family of five children to fend for themselves. Their aunt had tried to help them but was unable to provide a stable environment or meet their basic needs. Now Lucy is safe at Tumaini where she is happy, well-cared for, and has the opportunity to continue her education.
