Daniel Wainaina Gitu
Daniel's father died from throat cancer in 2014. His mother was left to care for six children so she picks up work whenever she can; however, she wasn't able to make ends meet. Daniel's two sisters went to live with neighbors and his mother asked Tumaini to take him. He is now a happy boy who doesn't have to worry about food or schooling. His favorite subject is math and he hopes to become a nautical engineer. In his free time, he loves to play football (soccer).
